Shabbat Service - Guest Speaker: Rev. Dr. James M. Matarazzo, Jr.

7:30 PM - 9:00 PMJoin us for our weekly Shabbat Service.
On this Shabbat we will be joined by Rev. Dr. James M. Matarazzo, Jr., Senior Minister of the Glencoe Congregational Church, who will offer the evening’s sermon.
Rev. Matarazzo was born in Boston and grew up in nearby Winthrop, Massachusetts. He received
his BA degree in History in 1990 from Bates College. He then studied theology at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and later received his M.Div. degree from Union Theological Seminary in New York. He later completed his DPhil in Theology at the University of Oxford. He has served as a consultant for the World Council of Churches, the Lutheran World Federation, various United Nations agencies and other international organizations. He currently lives in Wilmette, Illinois, with his husband Tom.
