Maot Chitim at Rosh Hashanah 5783

Please join Hakafa members and others in the Chicagoland Jewish community on Sunday, September 18 in delivering boxes of Rosh Hashanah food and other necessities to Jewish families in need. The warehouse is located at 1610 Deerfield Road in Highland Park (at the old Toys R Us) and pick-up times are available between 9:00 and 10:30 a.m.

Please note that all volunteers must be vaccinated and are asked to stay masked while delivering to recipients.

Signed up volunteers can pick up boxes at the warehouse on September 18 with their cars (especially large cars/vans). Don’t forget to empty out your trunk ahead of time!
