The month leading up to Rosh Hashanah is a time of personal reflection and renewal. Join Dora Segall, a certified yoga instructor with Jewish training, for three Shabbat afternoon, reflective yoga sessions in the weeks leading up to the High Holidays. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
