Hakafa Presents: From Ashes to Renewal
A Jewish Heritage Journey through CENTRAL EUROPE
May 24-June 2, 2026
Join Rabbi Elder on a moving and meaningful journey tracing the arc of Jewish history through Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. From the vibrant streets of Warsaw and Kraków to the intimate memories held in Loštice, Bratislava, and Trencín, we will explore the triumphs, tragedies and enduring legacy of European Jewry. This immersive experience offers a powerful lens into a thousand years of Jewish life—its golden eras, its darkest hours, and its remarkable renewal. Together, we will remember the past, engage with thriving contemporary communities, and return home forever changed by the stories, places, and people we encounter. Optional: Extend your journey with a captivating exploration of Jewish Vienna, where culture, history, and resilience intertwine.
